Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 30, 2025

Tots Best is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Our standard
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria across totsbest.com. Because the site evolves, we currently consider ourselves partially conformant and are actively working toward full conformance.

What we’re doing
-
Design & content: clear headings, descriptive link text, plain language, alt text for meaningful images, transcripts/captions where applicable.
-
Code practices: semantic HTML, keyboard access for interactive elements, visible focus states, ARIA only where necessary, color-contrast checks.
-
Documents & media: we will provide accessible versions of PDFs or images on request.
-
Continuous checks: periodic reviews with automated tools and manual testing (keyboard-only, screen readers such as NVDA/VoiceOver, zoom up to 200–400%, mobile/responsive checks).

Known limitations (and our plan)
We’re actively addressing:
-
Third-party widgets/embeds (e.g., social or commerce tools) that we don’t fully control.
-
Older posts & images that may be missing alt text or have sub-optimal heading structure.
-
Downloadable files that were not originally authored with accessibility in mind.
If you encounter an issue, please tell us (details below). We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and resolve or provide an accessible alternative within 10 business days whenever feasible.

Compatibility & technical specs
Tots Best is designed to work with the latest versions of major browsers and operating systems. Some features may not function in very old browsers or with certain third-party extensions that alter page behavior.

Feedback & requests
If you need an accessible alternative (e.g., an HTML or large-print version of a PDF) or run into a barrier:
-
Email: totsbestonline@gmail.com
-
What to include: page URL, a brief description of the issue, and your assistive tech/browser if relevant.
We will work with you to get the content you need in a usable format.

Formal complaints
If you feel we have not addressed your concern in a reasonable time, please contact us again with “Accessibility Follow-up” in the subject. We will escalate internally and prioritize remediation.

Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review this statement and our site at least quarterly and whenever we roll out significant design or feature changes.
